When electric forklift manufacturers conduct vocational training for employees, they often mention the term cognitive bias. The so-called cognitive biases are ideas that they think they are right, but are actually ridiculous. Cognitive biases often form in our habitual thinking patterns and form in our unconsciousness.

So how can our small electric forklift business personnel avoid cognitive bias in communicating with customers?

Electric forklift manufacturers gave several suggestions: First, we should avoid habitual thinking, and don't have preconceived definitions when communicating with customers. Maybe when the customer uttered a certain word, we made a bad explanation of the word in our consciousness. If the customer did not come into contact with the misunderstanding, we might make the wrong choice. This may affect the sales of small electric forklift. What's more, it will affect the goodwill of the company.

Electric forklift manufacturers suggest that business personnel should not be too obsessed with some successful cases in the past, as always being immersed in the past will delay future development. For example, some customers need small electric forklift. When we introduced to customers, we tended to prefer semi-electric forklifts. However, the times are advancing and the needs of customers are also improving. Semi-electric may no longer be the main product in this market.

Electric forklift manufacturers never suppress their employees with past failures, and doing so will not benefit their employees' future development. Don't pay too much attention to one thing, you can't do it when you can't do it. One small electric forklift did not have a deal, and one customer did not return the order. None of these things should be a hurdle in our hearts.

In fact, we don’t need to think too much when we do something. The easiest way to avoid cognitive bias is to have no cognition. Just focus on the things in your hands, step by step what you should do, let some of your own thoughts come and go, calm and natural.
