In general, the generator of electric forklift consists of rotor, stator, rectifier, front and rear covers and transmission radiator. The rotor is composed of six pairs of magnetic poles formed by two staggered claw poles, and then the magnetic field winding is placed between the two claw poles. The role of the rotor is to establish the magnetic field. Its magnetic pole looks like a beak, so it is also called "beak shaped magnetic pole". This shape is not made to look good, but to ensure that the AC electromotive force generated by the stator winding is approximate to the sinusoidal curve. The second part is the stator, which is composed of an iron core and a three-phase winding, responsible for generating and outputting alternating current. The utility model is composed of silicon steel sheets with grooves and is fixed between two end covers. There are three-phase windings in the slot, which are connected together by star or delta connection. The electric forklift manufacturer told us that the three ends of the three-phase winding are connected to the diode on the radiator and the end cover respectively.
The third part is the rectifier of the electric forklift, which is a three-phase bridge rectifier circuit composed of six silicon diodes. The fourth part is the end cover, both front and rear ends. It is made of aluminum alloy, a non magnetic conductive material, which can reduce magnetic leakage, is portable and has good heat dissipation. It is also used for fixing the generator on the engine and adjusting the tension of the drive belt. The last part is the heat sink. The rear cover of the generator is equipped with air inlet, and the front cover is equipped with air outlet. The electric forklift manufacturer told us that its principle is that when the drive pulley is driven by the engine crankshaft, the fan on the generator rotor shaft rotates, allowing air to flow through the generator for cooling.
