As we all know, as a storage and logistics equipment, the main function of electric forklift is cargo handling and transportation. Therefore, in addition to basic driving skills, drivers should not only learn how to load and unload goods, but also learn to use electric forklifts to accurately and quickly load and unload goods. So, how can the goods be loaded? Electric forklift manufacturer has prepared a detailed tutorial for you.

The first step to operate an electric forklift to load goods is to drive close to the goods. After the electric forklift starts, the electric forklift shall be driven to the front of the goods to enter the working position. Step 2: Vertical the gantry. Tilt the operating lever to tilt the mast so that the mast is in a vertical position. Step 3: Adjust the height of the fork. Move the operating lever to adjust the height of the fork so that the clearance between the fork and the bottom of the cargo is the same height. Step 4: Drive the electric forklift forward slowly to make the fork fully insert into the bottom of the goods. Step 5: Lift the fork slowly. Step 6: Tilt the operating lever to make the mast tilt backward, so as to prevent the goods from falling down when the electric forklift is running. Step 7: Back up and leave the working position. Electric forklift manufacturer reminds everyone that the last step must not be ignored. Adjust the height of the fork so that it is about 100mm-200mm from the ground.
So, what should be paid attention to when loading goods with an electric forklift? First, when moving the operating lever to adjust the tilt angle of the mast or the height of the fork, the action must be continuous. Do not adjust it repeatedly to avoid affecting the working efficiency. Secondly, the fork must be in place when picking up the goods, and one side of the goods must be attached to the fork frame in a straight direction, not inclined. Moreover, the mast shall keep backward tilt when traveling with goods. If some special goods are encountered and it is inconvenient to tilt the mast backward, the mast shall be kept vertical. It is prohibited to tilt the mast forward when driving. The electric forklift manufacturer reminded that if the center of gravity of the goods is shifted during the process of loading the goods, don't worry, just adjust it in time.

The above are the detailed tutorials and precautions when operating the electric forklift to pick up goods. The driver must carefully study them. However, only the tutorial is useless, and more practice and experience in daily work are the most important. However, it is not enough to only have superb technology. A high-quality and simple electric forklift is also very important. For details, you can consult the electric forklift manufacturer.
