What should be paid attention to when using lubricating oil for electric stacker
At present, the sales volume of electric stacker produced by stacker manufacturer is increasing, and warehouses, factories, large warehouses, airports, docks and other places need such equipment. No matter what type of electric forklift, friction can not be avoided during use. Therefore, the use of lubricating oil is essential. Adding lubricating oil to the parts of the electric stacker can reduce wear, lower temperature, clean, remove rust and reduce noise, ensure the normal operation of the stacker and extend the service life of the stacker. However, the stacker manufacturer reminded everyone that the lubricant must be added correctly and normatively to play its role.

So, how do we add lubricating oil to the electric stacker? The stacker manufacturer came to talk with you about relevant knowledge. In fact, there are many places on the electric stacker that need to add lubricating oil, such as the pull rod joint of the rear wheel steering axle and the claw shaft joint of two wheels, which need to be supplemented with lubricating oil frequently. Because these places are more active on electric stacker and friction often occurs, lubricating oil is very important for them. Another example is the portal frame in front of the electric stacker. There are two rear-pulling oil cylinders on the portal frame, and two support frames and movable shafts in front. These parts also need to be lubricated in time. Lubricating oil can also be added to the rails and chains inside the gantry, but the stacker manufacturer reminds us not to add too much. This is mainly to prevent rusting.
If it is a newly purchased electric stacker or an electric stacker that has not been used for a long time and is about to be used again, how to add lubricating oil? The stacker manufacturer told us that it is necessary to add lubricating oil to all parts as appropriate within two weeks after the stacker is put into use. Before adding lubricating oil, drain the old lubricating oil, and then add new lubricating oil at least twice within two weeks.

At the same time, the stacker manufacturer reminded that there are still some precautions. Before adding lubricating oil to the electric stacker, it is necessary to clean the dirt on the oil cap, plug and nozzle to prevent the dirt from falling into the parts and affecting the use effect of lubricating oil. When using the grease gun to inject lubricating oil, it is necessary to accurately inject it to the joint of various parts. In addition, pay attention to adjusting the variety of lubricating oil according to the season and temperature. In summer and winter, replace the seasonal lubricating oil for the electric stacker.
