First of all, we need to check whether there are cracks and open welds at the welding positions of the upper and lower clamps of the fork of the electric stacker truck. If any, repair welding shall be carried out in time. Then, we need to carry out flaw detection on the force bearing parts of the fork arm and the fork face corner. If there are cracks, they should be handled in time. We also need to measure the horizontal difference between the two fork tips. If the horizontal difference between the two fork tips exceeds 5 mm, the length difference exceeds 10 mm, the wear in the long direction of the fork is less than 40 mm of the standard size, or the front end of the fork is ground into a blade shape, the fork is bent and deformed, and the included angle between the fork face and the fork arm is greater than 90 °, no matter what the electric forklift brand is, it should be replaced.

We need to check the size of the upper and lower iron openings of the fork of the electric stacker truck. The standard is 27mm, and the service limit is 29mm. If the limit value is exceeded, repair it as soon as possible. It should be noted that there should be no cracks or open welding at the welding part of the carriage, the deformation of the beam should not be greater than 2mm, and the protective frame should not be deformed or open welding. If the above conditions occur, first reshape and then weld. When installing the shelf and fork, the thickness and length of the selected fork should be approximately equal, and the two fork planes should be kept in the same plane when installed on the shelf.
