Man-up Tri-lateral Stacker Order Picker | VNA Truck For Narrow Aisle Racking
Vertical high-bay racking has become a mainstream upgrade choice for small and medium-sized warehouses. However, rack renovation alone cannot improve logistics efficiency; matching stacking equipment is essential. The man-up tri-lateral stacker order picker, also known as VNA truck, perfectly satisfies high-bay warehouse operation demands. Below is its working principle and core strengths.

Working Principle
The fork assembly can rotate 90° left and right. The truck does not need to turn around inside aisles and can directly load/unload goods on racks at both sides.
The operator platform lifts synchronously with the mast, allowing operators to reach every rack level.
Required working aisle width is only 1.6–2.0 meters. It occupies far less space compared with reach trucks, enabling installation of more racking.

Standard lifting height ranges from 6 m to 12 m, suitable for high-level rack storage.
This equipment realizes two major functions: full-pallet tri-lateral stacking for raw material and finished goods inbound, high-level storage and outbound transfer. It also supports high-level case picking and stocktaking. Operators ascend to rack levels to pick loose items, conduct rack inspection, inventory counting and replenishment. One machine completes both stacking and order picking, eliminating separate stackers and order pickers to cut procurement costs and save aisle space.
Advantages of Narrow Aisle Tri-lateral Order Picker
Greatly improve warehouse space utilization Ultra-narrow aisle layout enables more racks within the same floor area and reduces storage cost per unit cargo.

Integration of stacking and order picking Ideal for warehouses with large split-case picking volumes. Simplify operation routes and reduce unnecessary equipment shuttling.
Flexible power configuration Lithium iron phosphate battery is standard, supporting continuous two-shift operation with stable power output and zero acid mist pollution.
Optional guidance system Magnetic guidance or rail guidance can be installed to restrict driving paths, prevent rack collision and enhance operational safety.
In summary, the tri-lateral stacker order picker simplifies high-bay storage operations for small and medium warehouses and streamlines goods handling. Contact us to obtain detailed product specifications if you have demands.
