1st Inspection: Incoming Raw Material Check
All core incoming parts undergo one-by-one testing, including frame steel plates, mast profiles, diesel engines, hydraulic cylinders, tires and transmission systems.
Steel plates are verified for thickness and tensile strength before storage;
Engines and hydraulic pumps are checked with original factory qualification certificates to block refurbished or defective spare parts, eliminating inherent quality defects at the source.
2nd Inspection: Non-destructive Welding Test
All welding joints on frames, counterweights and masts receive manual visual inspection plus flaw detection to eliminate cold solder joints, air holes and cracks. 5th Inspection: Final Finished Product Delivery Inspection

Clean the whole truck, fill engine oil and hydraulic oil, issue product certificates, and only pack for shipment after all standards are met.
