Published by NEWTON June 23,2026

Standard warehouse forklifts cannot withstand harsh working conditions at mining sites, construction yards, sand & gravel yards and open factory zones. For such scenarios, the 4WD Diesel Rough Terrain Forklift is the ideal choice, capable of tackling complex terrains, severe environments and heavy-duty handling demands. Newnewton supplies a full range of Newnewton Diesel Forklift with diverse specifications and parameters. Contact us separately to get detailed product catalogs.

As a professional and responsible Manufacturer of Internal Combustion Forklift Trucks, Newnewton adopts premium imported components throughout production and enforces strict quality standards. We implement five comprehensive quality inspection procedures as the final quality barrier to deliver stable, reliable equipment for customers.

1st Inspection: Incoming Raw Material Check

All core incoming parts undergo one-by-one testing, including frame steel plates, mast profiles, diesel engines, hydraulic cylinders, tires and transmission systems.

Steel plates are verified for thickness and tensile strength before storage;

Engines and hydraulic pumps are checked with original factory qualification certificates to block refurbished or defective spare parts, eliminating inherent quality defects at the source.

2nd Inspection: Non-destructive Welding Test

All welding joints on frames, counterweights and masts receive manual visual inspection plus flaw detection to eliminate cold solder joints, air holes and cracks. Thickened manganese steel masts are fully welded and reinforced to resist deformation under heavy lifting and steep slope driving. Weld seams of 4WD off-road chassis receive extra reinforcement for muddy, bumpy construction sites.

3rd Inspection: No-load Test of Hydraulic & Power Assembly

After full assembly, the whole machine runs non-stop no-load tests for 2 consecutive hours covering lifting, steering and forward/reverse travel:

Check hydraulic system for oil leakage, automatic fork dropping and smooth lifting speed;

Adjust diesel engine idle speed, acceleration and power output to eliminate abnormal noise, vibration and stall issues;

Independent testing for 4WD models to ensure smooth, jolt-free switching of transfer case and four-wheel drive.

4th Inspection: Full-load Simulation Working Condition Test

Standard tonnage weights are applied for continuous operation to simulate real heavy-duty construction scenarios:

Lift full loads to maximum mast height to test high-lift load attenuation and overall vehicle stability;

Simulate slope climbing, pivot turning and frequent loading/unloading to verify performance of transmission, brakes and load-bearing tires;

For 4WD Diesel Rough Terrain Forklift, simulate muddy roads and steep slopes to test four-wheel drive traction and anti-slip capacity.

5th Inspection: Final Finished Product Delivery Inspection

Full recheck of appearance paint, lights, instrument panels, handbrake, emergency stop, reverse alarm and all other functional parts. Verify model tonnage, mast height and drive configuration match customer orders exactly. Clean the whole truck, fill engine oil and hydraulic oil, issue product certificates, and only pack for shipment after all standards are met.

From the above strict production processes, you can see that every Newnewton Diesel Forklift undergoes rigorous multi-layer quality control to effectively lower failure rates. All machines come with 1-year factory warranty to deliver premium after-sales experience for clients. Feel free to contact us for quotations if you are interested in our products!
