This Lightweight Walk-behind Electric Pallet Truck is customized for narrow-space operation. It adopts an integrated bent frame, cutting redundant steel while retaining full structural strength, reducing total weight by nearly one-third. The curb weight is as low as 320kg without sacrificing cargo handling capacity.
It has no bulky operator guard, ultra-compact body and tiny turning radius, freely traveling through 1.6m narrow aisles, gaps between racks and store back corridors. It easily enters elevators and small containers, solving the trouble that large trucks cannot pass through narrow passages of old warehouses.
Equipped with mini lightweight lithium battery, small size and light weight will not burden the whole truck. A full charge supports intermittent all-day handling and fast charging is available, requiring no large dedicated charging area. Both driving and lifting are fully electric, eliminating strenuous manual pushing. The control handle integrates speed regulation, lifting and emergency stop functions: low speed for precise rack alignment, high speed for long-distance transit inside warehouses. Female and senior staff can operate effortlessly.
Newnewton keeps mainstream models in stock with 1~3 ton load capacity, ideal for full pallet transport of cartons, food and small hardware parts. Its hydraulic cylinder adopts compact sealing structure for smooth, shock-free lifting, built with overload relief protection to halt lifting automatically under overweight load and protect frame and hydraulic parts.
