Electric pallet lift stacker charging operation method: The electric lift truck is equipped with a fixed charger, and the electric pallet lift stacker can also be equipped with a built-in charger. When the electric ift truck is charging with a fixed charger, first open the side door, pull the charging connector out of the electric pallet lift stacker, and insert the charging connector into the electric lift truck fixed charger connector, then Plug the fixed charger plug of the electric pallet lift stacker into the two-phase AC power supply and start charging the electric lift truck after a few seconds. When charging with the built-in charger of the electric pallet lift stacker, first open the battery cover of the electric lift truck, then take out the hole in the charging plug inside the battery cover of the electric pallet lift stacker, and put it in the electric lift truck The charging plug inside the battery cover is inserted into the two-phase AC power supply and charging starts after a few seconds.

When the electric pallet lift stacker is charging, hydrogen gas is collected in the battery box. The charging environment must have good ventilation conditions, and there must be no open flame, otherwise it will cause an explosion or fire.
1 Electric lift truck first charge
1.1 The unused electric pallet lift stacker battery should be charged for the first time before use, that is, the first charge. Before the electric lift truck is charged for the first time, the surface of the battery should be wiped clean to check for damage and ensure reliable connection of the electric pallet lift stacker.
1.2 Open the electric lift truck air cover.
1.3 Under the condition that the charging device can work normally, the sulfuric acid electrolyte is poured into the battery of the pallet lift stacker, in order to reduce the temperature of the electrolyte rising due to the chemical reaction, the electrolyte is fully infiltrated into the plate, and the electric lift truck is Within the pores of the separator, the battery should be allowed to stand for 3 to 4 hours, no more than 8 hours. The initial charge can be performed until the liquid temperature of the electric pallet lift stacker drops below 35 °C. If necessary, the temperature can be lowered in the cold water tank. After standing, the liquid level should be reduced to make up the electrolyte.
1.4 The sulfuric acid electrolyte of the electric stacker is made of battery sulfuric acid and distilled water in accordance with national standards. Do not substitute industrial sulfuric acid or tap water.
1.5 Dry the electrolyte splashed on the surface of the electric lift truck battery. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery pack to the positive and negative terminals of the charger respectively. Turn on the power supply and extend the charging time appropriately.
1.6 In order to accurately control the sulfuric acid content in the electrolyte of the electric pallet lift stacker, the electrolyte density of each battery should be checked at the end of the charging of the electric lift truck; if there is any discrepancy, it should be adjusted with distilled water or sulfuric acid with a density of 1.40. The electrolyte density and liquid level are adjusted to the specified values within 2 hours of charging the electric pallet lift stacker.
1.7 After the initial charging of the electric lift truck, wipe the battery surface of the electric pallet lift stacker and close the cover of the clamshell liquid plug of the electric lift truck before putting it into use.
