When the small hydraulic platform lift is being serviced, the personnel enter the interior of the small hydraulic platform lift, and the elevator must be suspended to prevent the sudden drop of the small hydraulic platform lift and cause casualties. First check the lubrication and wear of the small hydraulic platform lift rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings. Secondly, check the hydraulic oil quality and oil level of the small hydraulic platform lift. When the small hydraulic platform lift is raised to the highest, the hydraulic oil surface should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the fuel tank. If the pipe is damaged, replace it immediately; tighten the oil pipe joint when the connection is loose. The second is to remove and disassemble the lowering valve, and use the compressed air to blow the valve core and reinstall it. Finally, all the hydraulic oil in the small hydraulic platform lift fuel tank is used up to open the fuel tank, take out the suction filter and wash it, put it back into the fuel tank, install it in place, and refill the fuel tank with new hydraulic oil.
