Custom Stand-on Reach Truck | Full Electric Reach Stacker For Narrow Aisle Wareh
Many warehouse managers adopt narrow aisle storage solutions to cut land costs and boost space utilization. However, standard forklifts cannot pass through aisles as narrow as 1.6–2m, which drastically reduces handling efficiency. The Full Electric Reach Stacker perfectly solves narrow aisle stacking challenges.
Equipped with extendable reach mast and compact frame, the reach truck operates smoothly within 1.6–2.2m narrow aisles. The loading mast stretches forward and retracts backward; the rear counterweight stays within the vehicle outline without protruding with cargo, eliminating demand for extra turning space. It features anti-slip standing platform and full surrounding safety guardrails for operators to ride during long-distance warehouse transfers without constant walking.

Fitted with EPS electric power steering, it delivers light steering even under full load and relieves operator fatigue during long shifts. Customizable mast lifting height ranges from 3m to 7m. The low-center rear counterweight structure minimizes shaking and rollover risks during high-lift stacking, ideal for dense 3–6 tier high-bay rack storage. Simple and flexible operation enables quick operator training.
If your warehouse has non-standard aisle width, rack height or space layout that cannot fit standard reach trucks, customized Custom Stand-on Reach Truck solutions are available.
1. Mast Height Customization
Based on standard 2-stage and 3-stage full-free masts:
Low folded-height mast customized for low freight elevators and narrow workshop doorways;
Extra-high mast up to 6–7m for ultra-high racking, matched with thickened hydraulic cylinders and reinforced lifting chains to guarantee stable load capacity at maximum height.

2. Custom Fork Dimensions
Adjustable fork length (extended or shortened); widened or narrowed outer fork spread as required. Thickened fork arms for heavy-duty pallets, anti-collision buffer blocks installed on fork tips to solve handling difficulties for irregular non-standard pallets.
3. Narrow Body Customization
Narrowed chassis based on standard body width for ultra-narrow aisles under 1.6m; widened chassis & counterweight version to enhance overall stability for high-tonnage and high-lift working conditions.
In summary, warehouses pursuing high space utilization greatly benefit from high-performance, fully customizable Full Electric Reach Stacker. It optimizes warehouse turnover efficiency and delivers effortless, productive daily stacking operations.
