The correct way to operate the electric pallet truck

I believe that the application of electric pallet trucks is very common in the market now, and everyone knows how to use it. However, as an electric pallet truck manufacturer, we still often receive customers' inquiries about the operation method of electric pallet trucks. Then let's summarize the correct operation method of the truck.
First check before operating the truck:
1. Do a surface inspection to see if there is any leakage of oil, electrolyte, deformation of the car body, etc. Check whether the wheels are cracked, whether there is abrasion, or the operation is not smooth. If there is a problem of poor operation, you need to troubleshoot the problem and see if the parts are worn or need to be lubricated.
2. Check whether the battery fluid of the battery of the electric pallet truck is sufficient, especially in the summer when the parts evaporate quickly, and the electrolyte should be replenished in time.
3. Check whether the various switches of the electric pallet truck are easy to use, turn the forward and backward buttons of the electric pallet truck to test run the electric pallet truck; press the fork lift and lower buttons of the electric pallet truck to check whether the lifting function is intact.

4. The handle of the electric pallet truck not only has the function of controlling the direction, it is also a switch for emergency stop and travel. When the handle is vertical to the ground, the electric pallet will stop traveling, and when the handle is parallel to the ground, the electric pallet will also stop running. The electric pallet truck will only walk when the handle is kept between 90°-180°. We need to follow this function description to check whether it is running normally.
5. Start the electric pallet truck, and control the handle to walk a few laps left and right to check whether the direction control parts are intact.
