What should be paid attention to when using the walkie rider pallet jack?

Some customers have never used walkie rider pallet jacks before purchasing them, and they don't know much about motorised pallet jacks. As a result, there are often many operational errors in later use, but people are caught off guard and don't know how to deal with it. Here, I advise everyone not to panic, and follow the electric forklift manufacturers to learn about the precautions for the use of double electric pallet jack trucks:
1. When we just received the walkie rider pallet jack, we must check the truck before using the motorised pallet jack to move the materials before it can be used. Check whether the equipment is complete and operating normally. If it is intact, then check whether the power system is normal. If the double electric pallet jack truck has not been equipped with a battery, install the battery in accordance with the operating specifications, but be careful not to damage the battery wire and affect normal use.
2. After completing the above steps, charge the battery of the walkie rider pallet jack. If the device is placed too long, the ground surface of the wheel may be slightly flattened. Don't panic at this time, the flattened position of the ordinary forklift will automatically return after a long period of driving.

3. Precautions for the use of the motorised pallet jack during the running-in period. In the early stage of use of the double electric pallet jack truck, it is recommended not to let the equipment run under high load, especially within 100h. The following requirements should be met: To avoid excessive overload discharge of the new battery pack in the initial use process, it is recommended to generally be 20 % When charging in real time.
4. The preventive maintenance and protection of walkie rider pallet jacks must be thorough. Do not brake, drive or turn sharply. Replace the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil at the prescribed time. The limited load weight is 70~80% of the original load. Always check whether the double electric pallet jack truck is normal, whether the casters are worn, and whether the various components are used flexibly.
The above are the precautions when using walkie rider pallet jacks. In addition, we would like to remind everyone that in order to ensure the service life of the motorised pallet jack, the power of the motorised pallet jack should be regularly tested and maintained regularly if it is not used for a long time.
