During long-term use, the small electric forklift will accumulate more dust and debris, which will affect the performance of the small electric forklift to a certain extent. It is more important to clean the electric hydraulic forklift regularly. It cannot be ignored.
There are often some misunderstandings in the daily cleaning of small electric forklifts, such as direct washing with water. If cleaned in this way, the small electric forklift will be destroyed. Because it does not have an electric system like a manual stacker. There are complicated circuit boards, motors, etc. inside it. The electric forklifts mentioned here include small electric forklift and semi electric stacker trucks.

So what are the misunderstandings in the cleaning of small electric forklift and semi electric stacker trucks?
1. Rinse directly with water
In order to save time and effort, the operator of the small electric forklift uses bottled water or water pipes to rinse the small electric forklift, or even directly rinse with a high-pressure water gun. The sealing effect of small electric forklifts is not better than that of cars. Specially designed for indoor operation, with rain and waterproof function. Everyone knows that circuit components are most afraid of water. After the small electric forklift or semi electric stacker truck is cleaned with water, the water will flow into the underside of the base along the body gap and pedal gap of the small electric forklift or semi electric stacker truck, causing damage to the circuit components. First of all, there will be some "soft faults", that is, the small electric forklift will break from time to time, and it will break if it is not moved for a period of time; the most serious is the short circuit of the battery or other circuits, causing smoke and fire during operation, and burning the small electric forklift.
2. Do not turn off the power when cleaning the small electric forklift
After parking, replace and clean the battery, and turn off the power when not operating the electric hydraulic forklift. Otherwise, you may accidentally touch the control switch of the electric hydraulic forklift and cause an accident. It is also possible that the positive and negative poles of the battery or other electronic components may be short-circuited when using wet rags or other metal tools. Even when the battery voltage of an small electric forklift exceeds the human body load, there is still a risk of electric shock. The above situation also applies to semi electric stacker trucks.

So, what is the correct way to clean small electric forklifts and semi electric stacker trucks?
1. The first is the exterior of small electric forklifts and semi electric stacker truck equipment. Before cleaning, the various power supplies of the electric pallet truck must be turned off to prevent electrical damage caused by the short circuit of the electric pallet truck during the cleaning process.
2. The exterior of the equipment body of all-electric hydraulic forklift and semi electric stacker truck can be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. When cleaning various voltage components of small electric forklift and semi electric stacker truck equipment, compressed air can be used to blow off the dust on the voltage of the electric pallet truck. It should be noted that voltage components cannot be flushed with a high-pressure water gun.
4. After cleaning the all-electric hydraulic forklift and semi electric stacker truck equipment, check the parts or parts of the electric truck equipment that need to be lubricated according to the lubrication parts, and add lubricating oil in time.
5. The batteries of all-electric hydraulic forklifts and semi electric stacker trucks can be cleaned with water, but water cannot enter the batteries. It is best to lift it for cleaning to prevent water from entering certain parts of the electric pallet truck equipment.
6. In order to maintain the flexible operation of the fully small electric forklift and semi electric stacker truck, after each transportation, the attachments on the wheels and other parts of the vehicle must be removed in time to avoid affecting the operation.
