Semi-electric stackers have been widely used important equipment in the modern logistics and warehousing industry. They have a place in the industry due to their moderate price and small size. They are mainly used in warehouses, workshops and other logistics handling places.
The maintenance of the car is a very important link. Generally, the manufacturers of semi-electric stackers will remind customers to carry out routine maintenance and annual maintenance when the vehicle leaves the factory. We all know that ordinary vehicles and large forklifts are subject to annual inspections in accordance with national regulations. Ordinary motor vehicles are subject to physical examinations in accordance with regulations every year to eliminate vehicle safety hazards in time, supervise and strengthen vehicle maintenance, and try to avoid sudden failures. Cause a traffic accident. Does the country have mandatory annual inspections for semi-electric stackers? As a kind of industrial equipment, do semi-electric stackers need to undergo a physical examination in accordance with the "Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation"? What storage and handling equipment need to be inspected annually?

Let's take a look at the official terms given by the AQSIQ:
According to the “Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment” (Order No. 549 of the State Council) and approved by the State Council, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the “Notice on Supplementing Special Equipment Catalogue” No. 22, 2010 Equipment Catalog: In the original "Special Equipment Catalog", "internal combustion counterbalanced forklift, battery counterbalanced forklift, internal combustion side forklift, plug-in forklift, reach forklift, three-way stacker forklift, pallet stacker, explosion-proof "Forklift" is adjusted to "Forklift" in this supplementary catalog.

The official documents show that: all-electric stackers, counterbalanced battery forklifts, diesel forklifts, reach trucks, reach stackers and other equipment that are lifted and driven by mechanical power are required to undergo annual inspections.
However, all-electric pallet trucks, semi-electric pallets, manual pallets, semi-electric stackers, manual hydraulic stackers and other equipment are more maneuverable than maneuverable in operation, so there is no need for a licensed annual inspection.
