How to solve the oil leakage of multi way directional valve of electric forklift
Electric forklift is favored by enterprises because of its advantages such as pollution-free, low noise, labor saving, and simple operation. However, no matter what the forklift price is and how good the quality is, some failures are inevitable. In particular, the hydraulic system is very important for electric forklift. If there is a problem, the forklifts can no longer work normally. Today, the electric forklift manufacturer will tell you how to solve the problem of oil leakage of the important component in the hydraulic system - the multi way directional valve.

If the multi way directional valve of the electric forklift leaks oil, the working oil passage and the oil return passage or the overflow passage will be connected, and the hydraulic oil will directly flow back to the oil tank, resulting in the inability to lift or the inability to lift the fork, the automatic sliding of the fork, the automatic forward tilt of the gantry, and other problems. There are several reasons for this problem. The first reason is that the wear clearance between the valve stem and valve body is too large. The distribution valve has been used for a long time, or the oil is not clean, which will accelerate the wear between the valve stem and valve body, damage the matching sealing surface, and cause oil leakage of the multi-channel directional valve. No matter what the forklift price is, if the wear is relatively light, the valve rod can be polished. If the wear is serious, it needs to be replaced.
The second reason for oil leakage of the multi way directional valve of the electric forklift is oil leakage between valve bodies. No matter what the forklift price is, the electric forklift has very high requirements on the sealing performance between valve bodies. All valve bodies must be firmly connected with bolts, and O-ring seals must be installed between the valve body and the oil passage of the valve body. If the tightening torque of each bolt is different, it may lead to valve body deformation, seal ring failure and oil leakage. If the accuracy of the valve body surface is damaged during installation, or the O-ring is aged or damaged, oil leakage will also occur between the valve bodies. If the valve body of the electric forklift is damaged, grind or replace the O-ring, and then tighten the bolts according to the sequence and torque requirements.
The third reason for oil leakage of the multi way directional valve of the electric forklift is the internal leakage caused by the failure of the safety valve spring. The switch of the safety valve is mainly determined by the elastic force of its spring. If the spring of the safety valve fails, the hydraulic oil will force the steel ball to leave the valve seat and flow into the oil spill passage when it is lower than the specified pressure of the system, causing oil leakage. At this time, no matter what the forklift price is, we should immediately replace the spring, and then adjust the spring pressure to the specified value (14MPa). The fourth reason for the oil leakage of the multi way directional valve of the all electric forklift is that the valve stem cannot be reset, and the valve stem groove is connected with the oil passage, resulting in oil leakage. If the valve stem cannot be reset due to deformation or damage of the return spring of the valve stem, replace it in time. If the valve stem cannot be reset due to the uncleanness between the valve body and the valve stem, clean the multiple directional valve.

The fifth reason for the oil leakage of the multi way directional valve of the electric forklift is the wear of the cone valve. The conical valve is originally used to prevent the oil from flowing back. If it is damaged, the oil passage cannot be closed, and the hydraulic oil will flow back. What we need to do is to grind or replace it according to the severity of the problem to eliminate backflow.
