The summer is hard to bear, and the engineering people are riding the hot pot on the top of the sun. Although the sun is hot, it can't stop the pace of our staff's work. For the high temperature season, we must ensure that the warehouse forklift has low loss and the operator must be the mental state of working at high temperatures to speed up work and shorten work time. So how to properly use the electric powered forklift in the summer to reduce the loss of the warehouse forklift as much as possible?
1. Before entering the summer heat prevention period, make preparations in advance. If necessary, release the electric lubricating oil of the warehouse forklift engine, the drive axle, the gearbox, the steering gear, etc., and then add the summer lubricating oil to the electric powered forklift according to the regulations.

2. Remove the scale of the cooling system inside the warehouse forklift in time, and check the heat sink of the electric powered forklift radiator.
3. Pay attention to avoid overheating the engine of the warehouse forklift during operation, and pay attention to the indication reading of the coolant temperature gauge in the electric powered forklift.
4. Always check the temperature and air pressure of the warehouse forklift tires. If necessary, stop at the cool place. After the tire temperature of the electric powered forklift is lowered, continue the operation. Do not use the method of deflation or cold water to reduce the temperature and reduce the electric pressure, that is easy to reduce the warehouse forklift tire life.
5. Adjust the electrolyte density of the electric powered forklift battery, and clear the vent hole on the battery cover, and add distilled water to the warehouse forklift battery according to the situation.
6. Avoid using high-frequency electric powered forklift at high frequency. It is recommended to use the warehouse forklift after 4-6 hours of continuous use, and use them in the ventilated place for about 45 minutes.
7. When it is raining in summer, try not to run the electric powered forklift in the open air in rainy days. Do not let the warehouse forklift run in water.

8. Before the operation of electric powered forklift, ensure that the driver is full of energy. If the driver feels tired, dizzy and unresponsive during the operation of warehouse forklift, stop immediately, or use cold water to rub his face to energize to ensure electric powered forklift work safely.
9. Finally, remind you of the most important point: take measures to prevent heatstroke and heat in advance to avoid heatstroke.
