Why do you need to add distilled water to the 3 wheel forklift?
When purchasing a pallet forklift, the 3 wheel forklift manufacturer will remind you that the battery of the pallet forklift should be filled with water for a certain period of time, but you cannot use tap water or purified water in the battery of the 3 wheel forklift. You must use distilled water. Why?

During the charging and discharging process of the pallet forklift, the water in the electrolyte will gradually decrease due to the electrolysis and evaporation of the battery of the 3 wheel forklift, so that the electrolyte surface is lowered. If it is not replenished in time, it is possible to shorten the service life of the pallet forklift battery. The water added to the battery of the 3 wheel forklift should be distilled water. It should not be replaced by drinking pure water. Because pure water contains a variety of trace elements, it will have an adverse effect on the battery of pallet forklift.

In recent years, China has begun to encourage the production of low-carbon machinery and equipment that is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The 3 wheel forklift should be ushered in the spring, and the future development of pallet forklift is particularly large. Ordinary batteries used in 3 wheel forklift should be replenished once a month. Other types of batteries should be supplemented with distilled water on a regular basis depending on the water consumption. For the pallet forklift battery that is not used temporarily, it can be replenished for several months.

After replenishing the battery of the 3 wheel forklift, it should be replenished with an appropriate amount of electricity. If some pallet forklift batteries have a liquid level drop faster and the water supply is frequent, check whether the voltage limit of the regulator limit of the 3 wheel forklift is too high. If it is too high, it will be overcharged, the water consumption will be large, and the evaporation will be fast. This situation can be solved by adjusting the limit voltage of the pallet forklift. If individual batteries drop quickly, check for short circuits. In addition, it depends on whether there is crack in the battery slot of the 3 wheel forklift and whether the electrolyte leaks. It should be judged according to the actual situation.
