How to troubleshoot the running circuit of an electric stacker?

The failure of the traveling circuit of the electric stacker is manifested as a phenomenon of not running, and the failure of not running should focus on three aspects: the operating circuit, the control circuit, and the main circuit. The operation circuit mainly solves the problem of whether the reversing contactor can be closed or not. The control circuit mainly solves the problem of whether there is a thyristor control signal. The stacker manufacturer told everyone that the main circuit is to solve the problem of whether the traveling motor can be powered on.

First of all, the manufacturer of the electric stacker will explain how to check the operating circuit of the electric stacker car. The operation circuit mainly includes power switch, seat or handle switch, brake switch, start switch, contactor coil, etc. During inspection, it is necessary to first determine whether there is a pickup sound from the contactor. If there is a pickup sound, it indicates that the operating circuit is working normally. If there is no pickup sound, it indicates that the operating circuit is faulty. When encountering a malfunction in the operating circuit, first check whether the control fuse is burned out, and whether the seat or handle switch is fully closed. If some vehicles are used for a long time, the seat or handle switch is not reliably closed, which will prevent the entire vehicle from starting. If it is confirmed that the seat or handle switch is reliably connected, you can turn the direction switch to another direction for test run. If there is a pickup sound, it indicates that the contactor coil just now has a fault or the direction switch has poor contact; If there is still no sound, it indicates that there is not a problem with the contactor coil. Check whether the brake switch is closed, and whether the start switch and power switch are in good contact. If there are no faults in any of the above parts, it is likely that an internal fault in the control circuit board has caused the circuit of the contactor coil to be disconnected and the contactor cannot be powered on. If there is a fault with the control circuit board, it is generally repaired by stacker manufacturer.

Secondly, there is a failure inspection of the control circuit of the electric stacker. If the vehicle still cannot run when there is no fault with the operating circuit, check the control circuit. The inspection of the control circuit should focus on checking whether the control pulses of the VS1, VS2, and VS3 thyristors are present. During inspection, take the three pulse output terminals of the control circuit board as the boundary for inspection, and use the DC voltage range of a multimeter to check whether there is a voltage signal at the output terminal. If there is a signal indicating that the internal circuit is normal, further check whether the external circuit is soldered off or loose; If there is no signal or the signal is too weak, there is a fault in the internal circuit and the control board can only be replaced. The stacker manufacturer told everyone that if the control pulse is normal, it is necessary to check whether the accelerator has a signal output or whether the interface between the accelerator and the control board is well connected.

Finally, check the main circuit of the electric stacker. While ensuring that the first two sets of circuits have no faults, the main circuit should be checked when the vehicle is still not running. The main circuit inspection should first check whether the main fuse is burnt out, and then focus on checking whether the three thyristors are damaged or whether the capacitor C is damaged; Whether the contactor contacts are ablated or mechanically stuck; whether the freewheeling diodes VD1 and VD2 are in good condition; whether the motor wiring is reliable, etc. In addition, the governor is also equipped with some sensors. When these sensors fail, in order to protect the governor, the governor will cut off the output and cannot run. Therefore, if there are no faults in the above circuits, it is also necessary to check whether the temperature sensors, current sensors, etc. are working properly. Moreover, because the governor is equipped with a temperature protection device, when the temperature of the governor is too high, the governor also cuts off the output and cannot run: when the temperature drops, restart the vehicle. The stacker manufacturer told everyone that if temperature protection occurs within a short period of time or just after starting the vehicle, it is necessary to check whether there is a fault in the temperature sensor or temperature measuring circuit.
