The battery of a semi electric stacker may occasionally become hot during use. This is a bad phenomenon. If you find it, you must pay attention to it. Next time, if you find that the battery of the semi electric stacker is hot again, you can deal with it as described below!
1. Always feel the temperature of the semi electric stackerbattery by hand. The lead-acid battery of the semi-automatic stacker should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius when charging or discharging. That is, if you can feel the temperature of the battery shell of the semi electric stacker by hand, it means that it exceeds 35 degrees.
2 The temperature of the battery of the semi electric stacker truck exceeds 35 degrees Celsius, which will cause the oxide of the forklift plate to easily fall off, shorten the life of the forklift battery, or directly cause the semi electric stacker truck to be destroyed.
3. The main reasons for the high temperature of the lead-acid battery of the semi-electric forklift battery are:
a. Continuous high current discharge of the battery causes high battery temperature. After using the semi electric stacker truck, shorten the high current discharge time and pay more attention.
b. The aging of the battery plate of the semi electric stacker truck increases the internal resistance of the semi electric stacker truck battery. The internal resistance generates a lot of heat during use, resulting in high temperature of the semi electric stacker truck battery. In this case, there are potential safety hazards, and the battery of the semi electric stacker truck must be replaced in time.
