Exclusion method: The mini pallet jack should be filled with properly filtered working oil
The hand mini pallet jack does not return to its original position
Reason analysis: too much hydraulic oil was added to the mini pallet jack, the rotating part of the hydraulic manual pallet was deformed and jammed, and the plunger of the mini pallet jack and the guide rod screw sleeve jammed.
Removal method: Clear the proper working oil on the manual hydraulic forklift and replace the parts of the manual hydraulic forklift

Cause analysis: the unloading device of the mini pallet jack is abnormal, and the parts of the mini pallet jack are deformed and damaged

Hydraulic oil leakage of mini pallet jack
Cause analysis: 1. The oil seal of the mini pallet jack is invalid, the surface of a single part of the mini pallet jack is slightly damaged or worn, and the connection of the mini pallet jack is loose.
Removal method: 1. Replace the oil seal of the manual hydraulic forklift, replace the damaged parts of the manual hydraulic forklift, and re-tighten the loose part of the manual hydraulic forklift.

Reason analysis: 1. The working oil of the mini pallet jack is too viscous, or the working oil is not injected, there are impurities in the oil of the mini pallet jack, and the unloading device of the mini pallet jack is abnormal.
Removal method: 1. Replace the working oil of the manual hydraulic forklift; 2. Remove the impurities in the oil circuit of the manual hydraulic forklift and update the working oil; 3. Readjust the unloading device of the manual hydraulic forklift
When the handle of the mini pallet jack is shaken, the fork immediately drops after being raised, the handle rebounds obviously, or the fork rises to a significant degree of self-lowering.
Cause analysis: the valve of the mini pallet jack is stuck by debris
Removal method: Open the valve, take out the parts of the manual hydraulic forklift, clean it, and reinstall it.
