With the rapid development of the warehousing industry, the loading and unloading of goods has greatly increased the pressure of handling and stacking. Small electric forklifts have stood out among many electric warehousing forklifts by virtue of their superior performance. With the increase in the number of applications in the market, more and more attention is paid to the failure of small electric forklifts in use.
According to our long-term communication with customers, we have deliberately summarized and collected some relevant methods for troubleshooting of small electric forklifts, and share them with you below.

Faults and troubleshooting methods:
1. The mast of a small electric forklift shakes when lifting. The lifting cylinder of the electric forklift can or has air. It can be exhausted by repeatedly lifting and lowering heavy objects. Check the hydraulic system for oil leakage, the oil seal or hydraulic cylinder of the electric forklift. Whether it needs to be replaced.
2. The lifting speed of the small electric forklift does not rise or stops and does not rise. Check if there is any leakage in the oil pipe or the oil connection, and whether it needs to be replaced. Whether the solenoid valve, manual reversing valve, and one-way valve of the electric forklift are stuck or the sealing ring is worn out, whether there is any internal leakage, if there is, you need to clean the valve group of the electric forklift and replace the seal. Check whether the hydraulic oil is too viscous, or it is deteriorated, which affects the lifting of the electric forklift.
3. There is abnormal noise in the small electric forklift, and abnormal sound in the driving wheel during walking. The small electric forklift has been changed to lubricating oil, or the lubricating oil is not pure enough and mixed with some hard debris. Just replace it. The bearings or casters are severely worn and require replacement of hardware.
4. The brake of the small electric forklift fails. Check whether the electric forklift's circuit is turned on. Check whether the brake pads of the electric forklift brake are worn out, and the worn out needs to be replaced in time.

The above is part of the troubleshooting of small electric forklifts shared by electric forklift manufacturers. Of course, maybe you have other questions that are not answered here. We welcome your consultation at any time and arrange professional technicians to serve you.
