Inspection and maintenance of powered forklift stackers before commissioning :
In order to comply with the relevant industry regulations and to ensure the absolute safety of the battery powered stacker in transportation, the new factory powered forklift stackers may not have electrolyte inside the battery of the battery powered stacker before the first start.
The powered forklift stackers is equipped with a prepared battery electrolyte at the factory. The battery electrolyte of the battery powered stacker is filled into the battery by a professional before the first use. First, place the powered forklift stackers in a well-ventilated place, open the battery cover of the battery powered stacker, and pry open the plastic cover on the top of the battery of the powered forklift stackers. Use a plastic funnel to lift the plastic pot containing the battery electrolyte and slowly pour the electrolyte into the battery of the battery powered stacker until the liquid level is visible. After all the batteries are filled, the battery is charged for the first time in time according to the operation requirements of the initial charging of the powered forklift stackers.
Battery powered stacker daily inspection :
1. Check the hydraulic oil level of the electric stacker;
2. Lower the powered forklift stackers fork to the lowest position, the fuel quantity is 12L;
3. Check the battery level of the battery powered stacker;
4. Pay attention to the use and maintenance of the powered forklift stackers battery.
Battery powered stacker routine maintenance :
1. Cleaning the powered forklift stackers;
2. Check and tighten the fasteners of the battery powered stacker;
