Maintenance and maintenance:
Carrying out the necessary maintenance and maintenance is very important to extend the service life and safety of the battery operated lift table.
Check before using the battery powered scissor lift:
1. When the new battery operated lift table is used for the first time, it will be charged with the battery powered scissor lift charger for more than 12 hours. When charging the battery operated lift table, check whether the electric joints of the battery powered scissor lift are loose. If the battery operated lift table is loose, tighten it. After recharging, the voltage of the battery powered scissor lift when charging is 220V single-phase alternating current;
2. Check the parts of the battery operated lift table for deformation and bending;
3. Check the brakes of the battery powered scissor lift and the wear of the battery operated lift table wheels;
4. Check the hydraulic system of the battery powered scissor lift for oil leakage;
5. Check the high-pressure fuel pipe of the battery operated lift table for damage. If the battery powered scissor lift is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If the battery operated lift table is used, the rupture will cause a major danger;
6. Fill the friction surfaces with lubricating oil before using the battery powered scissor lift every day;
7. Charge the vehicle in time after using the battery operated lift table;
8. If the battery powered scissor lift is faulty, it should be repaired before use;
9. Replace the hydraulic oil of the battery operated lift table every 12 months and select the correct hydraulic oil according to the climatic conditions of different regions;
