The electric double pallet stacker can carry two pallets at the same time to greatly improve warehouse handling efficiency. Rated load is the key factor for buyers. You need to select proper load specs according to actual working conditions to avoid overloading and ensure long-term operation safety. Below are the load specifications for ride-on double pallet stacker.
The mainstream rated load capacities on the market include 1.5 ton, 2 ton and 2.5 ton. The rated load refers to the safe load when the forks are at low lifting height. The residual load capacity will decrease as the lifting height rises. The higher the forks lift, the less weight the stacker can carry. Do not make decisions only based on the low-position load data.

When selecting parameters, calculate the total weight of goods on two pallets. The total weight should not exceed the rated load, and keep a proper safety margin. Continuous full-load operation for a long time is not recommended. Check the lifting height as well. Different mast types have different max lifting heights. Choose models with slower load attenuation for high stacking work.
Adequate aisle width is essential. Double pallet models have wider bodies than standard single pallet stackers. Measure warehouse aisles in advance for smooth turning and rack access. Lithium and lead-acid batteries are optional. Lithium battery versions are preferred for high-frequency work for better endurance and flexible charging, while lead-acid types cut cost for occasional use.

Also check fork dimensions. Fork length and spacing should match your regular pallets to prevent unstable support and difficult picking. Confirm safety accessories including brakes, bumpers and emergency stops for normal workshops, cold storage or dust-proof environments.
After confirming load capacity, lifting height and aisle requirements, compare factory supply capacity and after-sales spare parts service. Share your pallet size, cargo weight and rack height if you need professional selection support.
