What is "employee care"?
Employee care in foreign countries is often called EAP (Employee Assistance Program), which is also translated as "Employee Assistance Program." It is a systematic and long-term welfare support project set up by the company for employees.
Employee care can also be understood as an active response to the “known needs” and “potential needs” of employees in addition to regular payment of wages and mandatory benefits to employees.

How to do a good job of "staff care"?
It can be considered from two aspects: care objects and care items.
1. For new employees, the most common problem is "unacceptable", unable to smoothly adapt to the new environment and integrate into the new team, resulting in depression, poor state, and low efficiency.

2. Cultural integration. The first task of new recruits is cultural integration. Companies should send older employees who have a deeper understanding of corporate culture to make more contributions and help them complete cultural integration. New employees in mergers and acquisitions should pay attention to the overall cultural integration and identify with the company's core values and cultural concepts as soon as possible.
2. For the old employees, set up project activities that have a sense of atmosphere and effectively enhance the happiness and cohesion of employees, and give different care from each person. Expatriates should always show love or allow them to return home to reunite with their families. Ordinary employees should always be given training opportunities to improve their personal abilities. For core talents, companies should focus on cultivating the sense of accomplishment and loyalty of core employees, so that their value can be fully reflected, their role can be fully displayed, value construction, value sharing, this is the key to mutual benefit and win-win results.
