Hi guys! Today we are going to talk about all kinds of handling tools on the market, especially pallet trucks and stackers. Do you know that there are many types of forklifts, but the easiest thing to confuse is whether electric pallet forklifts and stacking forklifts are special equipment. Isn't there a LGNER (Life's Getting NERdier) feel?

First of all, let's sort out the classification of forklifts. Pallet forklifts can be divided into electric pallet forklifts and manual pallet forklifts, with a general load of about 2 tons, which are mainly used for the transfer of goods inside and outside the production line and warehouse. Since it is not equipped with a lifting mast, the electric pallet forklift is only suitable for flat handling scenarios, and it is a bit powerless for the goods flying in the sky. Next up are the stacking forklifts, also affectionately known as palletizing forklifts, which are used to load, unload, stack, stack, and transport palletized goods in pieces over short distances. These guys have a gantry, but they don't proudly have a cab like the others, presumably to facilitate flexible handling and stacking.
Let's talk about counterbalanced forklifts, it is a well-deserved darling of the forklift industry. Counterbalanced forklifts are one of the most widely used forklift classifications, with the fork on the outside of the centerline of the front wheel, and it also carries a counterweight behind it to overcome the overturning moment generated by the cargo. The speed is fast and the ability to climb is good, so it is widely used for loading, unloading, stacking and handling all kinds of things in ports, stations and enterprises. It also has a special stunt, that is, it can work in the cabin, train car and container, which is simply the driving chariot of the forklift industry! Next is the reach truck, the mast or fork of this cargo can move back and forth, and the maximum lifting height can reach 11.5 meters! Its load range ranges from 1 ton to 2.5 tons, and there are some special-purpose reach forklifts for accessing long and wide goods, and even indoor and outdoor universal reach forklifts, which is really fun!

Don't think that forklifts are all alone, and there are picking forklifts! This is particularly suitable for picking operations, as the forks stand on a carriage with a person, allowing easy movement up and down, and the operator is able to pick items stored on both sides of the rack. Picking forklifts are typically available in heights between 4 and 6 meters and have a small turning radius, making them ideal for narrow aisles and high-rise racking warehouses. It's like the perfect combination of forklift and picker, allowing you to pick goods without fear of height and narrowness!

Off-road forklifts, you may think of those off-road vehicles that traverse treacherous terrain. Off-road forklifts are forklifts that specialize in outdoor operations! Unlike industrial counterbalanced forklifts, off-road forklifts use pneumatic tires that adapt to a variety of uneven surfaces, such as gravel, sand, mud, and even snow-covered ground. Its engine is also very powerful, so it is fast, flexible and durable, and it is the best spokesperson for wild growth! The load capacity is generally between 3 and 5 tons.
Speaking of load, we also have to mention the heavy-duty forklift, as the name suggests, it is a good helper to solve the problem of transporting large goods! The heavy-duty forklift combines the functions of a warehouse forklift and a telescopic forklift, and the goods carried are not light, with a lifting capacity of between 13 tons and 25 tons. Of course, there are also some common heavy-duty forklifts, such as container crane forklifts and container handlers, which have a relatively narrow range of applications, mainly concentrated in scenarios such as heavy industry and container terminals.
Finally, I would like to introduce you to the telehandler forklift, which is truly flexible and versatile. It has booms and telescopic booms that lift 2.5 meters of material from the ground to 6 to 19 meters in the air. Telehandlers are very suitable for reaching into narrow spaces for operation, and are widely used in factories, stations, docks, freight yards, post and telecommunications, forests, building materials, warehouses and other places. Imagine that this guy is like a Transformer in a forklift, whether it's high in the air or in a small space, it's all hard to beat!

Hehe, I believe that through my introduction, everyone has a clearer understanding of whether pallet forklifts and stacking forklifts belong to special equipment! Although pallet forklifts and stacking forklifts differ in classification, they are both great inventions that exist to facilitate the handling of our items.
