Whether the power steer pallet jack can be used satisfactorily depends on careful maintenance of the motorized pallet lift. When neglecting the maintenance of the power steer pallet jack, the motorized pallet lift may endanger personal safety and damage property. Therefore, when using an power steer pallet jack, routine inspection of the motorized pallet lift should be made frequently to eliminate the abnormal phenomenon of the power steer pallet jack in time, and do not use the faulty motorized pallet lift to ensure safety and prolong the service life of the power steer pallet jack.
Maintenance of motorized pallet lift: The maintenance of power steer pallet jack is generally divided into three levels, namely, daily maintenance of motorized pallet lift, first-class maintenance of power steer pallet jack, and secondary maintenance of motorized pallet lift.
Daily maintenance of power steer pallet jack: Motorized pallet lift maintenance should be carried out once a day. The main content is to keep the surface of the power steer pallet jack itself clean, clean the surface of the motorized pallet lift battery, and check whether the power cord of the power steer pallet jack is firm.
Motorized pallet lift first-level maintenance: Power steer pallet jack maintenance once a week, motorized pallet lift maintenance content In addition to daily maintenance content, should focus on checking whether the various parts of the motorized pallet lift are working properly, whether the fasteners of the power steer pallet jack are loose Whether the hydraulic joint of the motorized pallet lift leaks oil, whether the mechanical part of the power steer pallet jack has abnormal wear, whether there is abnormal temperature rise and sparks in the electric part of the motorized pallet lift, if it is found that the power steer pallet jack is abnormal, it should be timely Adjust and clear.
Secondary maintenance of motorized pallet lift: It should be carried out on schedule, and the power steer pallet jack should be fully inspected according to the following requirements.
A. Mechanical maintenance: The motorized pallet lift maintenance is carried out once every six months. The main content is to add the lubricating oil to the transmission gears of the power steer pallet jack driving wheel and the bearings of the motorized pallet lift, to lubricate the rotating joints of the power steer pallet jack, and check the electric motor at the same time. Whether the fasteners of the motorized pallet lift are fastened, whether the wheels of the power steer pallet jack are flexible, and whether the forks of the motorized pallet lift are lifted or not. Clean the dirt and dust accumulated on the friction plate of the electromagnetic brake of the power steer pallet jack, and adjust the gap between the friction plates of the motorized pallet lift to a suitable distance. The maintenance electric trolley operates at no more than 70 decibels.
B. Hydraulic maintenance: Power steer pallet jack maintenance is carried out every 12 months. Check whether the motorized pallet lift cylinder is in normal condition, whether there is internal leakage or leakage, and whether the hydraulic joint and hydraulic hose are reliable and leak-free. Whether the hydraulic oil is clean or not, the hydraulic oil is usually replaced once every 12 months. The replaced waste oil shall be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
C. Electrical maintenance: The maintenance of power steer pallet jack is carried out every three months. First, check whether the proportion of battery electrolyte in motorized pallet lift is appropriate. Whether the battery terminals of power steer pallet jack are clean, otherwise the electrolyte of electric trucks must be The specific gravity is adjusted according to the regulations. Clean the wiring terminal of the motorized pallet lift and apply a little Vaseline to tighten it properly. Then check whether the electrical connector of the power steer pallet jack is reliable, whether the switch is normal, and check whether the electrical insulation of the motorized pallet lift is normal (the insulation resistance of the electrical part and the power steer pallet jack body should be greater than 0.5MΩ). Remove dirt, dust, carbon deposits from the motorized pallet lift motor, check the brush wear, and replace the brush as appropriate.
