Electronic Forklift Trucks: A convenient handling and weighing solution
The electronic scale forklift is a weighing system composed of high-precision load cells and intelligent digital display instruments on the basis of small manual hydraulic lift trucks. Through the application of electronic scale forklifts, the handling and weighing of goods are carried out synchronously, and the data of each weighing can be automatically displayed on the screen. Electronic scale forklifts not only have high load capacity, but also have a wide range of uses, and are widely used in factories and mines, warehouses, stations, freight yards, logistics distribution centers and other places.

1. The difference between hydraulic forklift scales and handling forklifts:
Weighing function: The electronic scale forklift can handle and weigh at the same time, and the standard weight of the item can be displayed by simply pressing the handle.
Save time and manpower: The electronic scale forklift eliminates the intermediate links, and can be weighed directly when moving, and the weighing speed is 2 times that of manual weighing, which greatly saves labor costs.
Economical: The electronic scale forklift is not only a manual pallet truck, but also a weighable pallet truck, which realizes the function of one machine and two uses.
Easy to use: The scale forklift does not need an external power supply, and can be used continuously for a week with only one charge.
2. Precautions for operation:
Before starting the electronic scale forklift, please start the on-board power supply, and then turn off the on-board power supply after the electronic scale is turned off.
When using electronic scales, it is not allowed to move the hydraulic forklift scale at the same time for weighing operations. If you need to drive, please control the speed of the vehicle to about 10 km/h.
Before using the ground cattle scale, it should be warmed up, that is, the boom should be lifted 6-9 times to preheat the oil pressure and sensor to the normal working temperature and reach the normal operating state.

The boom system of the hydraulic forklift scale needs to be rigorously lubricated to reduce the friction coefficient of the boom.
In the process of lifting the boom, the speed should be controlled evenly.
When weighing items, do not deviate from the front, that is, do not exceed the pressure range of the two sensors at the front, such as the pallet should not exceed the range of the fork teeth.
When using, the goods should be handled gently to ensure that the goods do not exceed the range of the electronic scale. If you find that there is an abnormality in the electronic scale that cannot be solved, please contact us in time.
In operation, the boom lever of the hydraulic forklift scale is first placed in the position of the rear end, i.e. the tipping bucket is at the rear end.
When weighing with a ground cattle scale, choose a flat ground.
Before using the electronic scale, please put the weighing platform smoothly and make sure that the three corners of the scale are on the ground to increase the stability of the electronic scale and ensure the accuracy of weighing.
When the vehicle stops driving, it is best to set the manual electronic scale forklift to zero.
If more than one dump bucket is equipped, the bucket used must be calibrated when weighing.
When the meter is low on power, the battery undervoltage symbol will appear on the display, please charge it immediately to ensure the service life of the battery.
It is recommended to control the first three charging times to about 12 hours to ensure that the battery is fully activated. After that, it can be charged for 5-6 hours each time. The damage to the battery will affect the service life of the battery inside the meter and the stability of the display numbers of the meter.
If the meter shows garbled characters, first check whether the connector is loose and whether the data cable is broken. If there are no problems with the connector and the cable, you can try the simple correction method, which usually solves the problem.
Please strictly prohibit the use of forklift scales as a carrier. Forklift scales are designed to enable simultaneous operation of goods handling and weighing, not as pure handling equipment. Using it as a carrier may result in damage to the equipment or injury to personnel.
