It is strictly forbidden to drive an electric forklift with a disease. Usually, the electric hydraulic forklift shall be maintained regularly, and each part shall be taken seriously and inspected regularly.

Maintain the standard driving state of the electric stacker and keep the fork 10-20cm above the ground. When the electric stacker stops, the fork drops to the ground; When the electric hydraulic forklift travels on bad roads, the weight shall be appropriately reduced to reduce the driving speed of the electric forklift.

When the electric stacker is running, if the electric controller is out of control, disconnect the main power supply in time.

When using the electric stacker, pay special attention to the timely charging and correct maintenance of the battery.

During the operation of electric stacker, the use of long-time and long-distance acceleration shall be minimized. When starting and accelerating, please hold the throttle handle firmly. If the road condition is better, continue to accelerate. When deceleration is required, loosen the acceleration handle and press the operating handle to make full use of deceleration energy. If the electric stacker has regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the electric stacker goes downhill, do not disconnect the drive motor circuit, press the operating handle to make the electric stacker use in the regenerative braking state, reduce the kinetic energy of the electric stacker and reduce the energy consumption of the battery.

During the operation of electric stacker, do not frequently use emergency braking when driving at high speed; Otherwise, it will cause huge friction to the brake assembly and driving wheel of the electric stacker, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and driving wheel, and even damage the brake assembly and driving wheel.

When the electric stacker is not in use, do not put the fork in the air. Please put the fork at the lowest point to prevent the cylinder piston rod from rusting due to exposure to the air for a long time; The driving wheel and front wheel of the electric stacker must be free of sundries; Don't always turn on the power, stop and cut off the power.
