What if there is a problem with the electric forklift brake system?
At present, electric forklift is widely used in warehousing, machinery, chemical industry, logistics and other industries because of its advantages such as easy operation, flexible driving, low noise and low pollution, to help enterprises improve efficiency. But like cars, we should not be underestimated if the brake system of electric forklift has problems of braking malfunction and braking deviation. This may not only cause economic loss to the enterprise, but also endanger the safety of the driver. How can this be resolved? Electric forklift manufacturer will provide professional answers.

If the electric forklift has braking failure and can not decelerate or park, the following troubleshooting and solutions can be adopted. First, if there is no resistance when pedaling and the pedal cannot rise, check to see if the brake master cylinder is short of brake fluid. If there is no shortage of brake fluid, the brake lines need to be checked for leaks or damage. Second, if there is no linkage when the pedal is pressed, electric forklift manufacturer thinks it may be due to a loose connection between the pedal and the brake master pump.
If electric forklift brakes run off, the braking force of left and right wheels is uneven, which side of the forklift is biased when braking, it means that the braking force of the wheel on the other side is too slow or insufficient. It is necessary to check the braking pipeline of the wheel for air and fluid leakage. Electric forklift manufacturer suggests that if there is no such problem, the wheel sub-pump needs to be exhausted. If the problem is solved after exhaust, then the brake run-off is caused by air resistance in the pump or pipe.

The electric forklift manufacturer reminds us that we must not panic if problems occur in brake system of electric forklift. Only by checking the relevant problems in time and dispensing drugs correctly when the driver is safe, can we maintain the economic benefits of the enterprise and enable the staff to improve their work efficiency while working safely.
