There are two common expressions of forklift models in my country's electric forklift manufacturers' manufacturing market. One is expressed according to the type of forklift power, lifting quality, transmission form, structural form, etc. This is commonly used in China; the other is Internationally used forklift model representation method.

Let's first take a look at the model representation method of electric forklift manufacturers commonly used in my country:

Small electric forklift code: unified use "C", take the forklift, the first letter of the word "fork";

Structural form code (referring to the type of forklift): "C" means this side fork type; "P" means counterweight type; "Q" means reach type; "X" means container forklift; "B" means low lifting height Legged type; "T" means legged type; "Z" means straddle type; "K" means general straddle carrier; "KM" means gantry straddle carrier; "KX" means container straddle carrier; power Type code: "C" for diesel engine; "Q" for gasoline engine; "Y" for LPG engine; "D" for battery.

Transmission form code: mechanical transmission is not marked with letters, dynamic hydraulic transmission is marked with the letter "D", and silent night transmission is marked with the letter "J".

Main parameter code: expressed by multiplying the rated lifting mass (tons) of the forklift by 10.

Improvement code: expressed in alphabetical order of Chinese Pinyin.

For example: CPQ10B represents a counterbalanced forklift, which uses gasoline, mechanical transmission, and has a rated lifting mass of 1 ton. It is the second improvement for forklifts of the same class.

Next, let's talk about the international common small electric forklift model representation method.

FD20 means 2 ton diesel forklift, D is the first letter of diesel English "diesel";

FG20 stands for 2 ton gasoline forklift, G is the first letter of gasoline English "gasoline";

FB20 stands for 2 ton electric forklift, F is the first letter of forklift English "forklift", B is the first letter of battery "battery";

FBR20 stands for 2 ton reach electric forklift, R is the first letter of "reach";

FBRE20 represents a 2-ton forward-moving electric forklift, and the last E represents a vehicle;

FBT20 stands for 2-ton three-point electric forklift, and T is the first letter of "tri-point support" in English.

When encountering electric forklift manufacturers manufacture model FG30NT, the N behind it means local production, T means automatic transmission, on the other hand, D means manual transmission, if you encounter FD30S, the latter S means that the car is a classic version or a special model small electric forklift.
