Standard OEM (Customer Private Brand Branding)

Our factory supplies mature chassis models, complete technical support and CE certification. Overseas clients provide self-owned LOGO and brand name. We carry out body painting and nameplate customization, and the finished units adopt original factory CE documents. Important reminder: Product model cannot be modified arbitrarily. Any model change requires repeated testing, otherwise the CE certificate will become invalid.

In-depth ODM & OEM Customization

Adjust mast height, battery configuration, tires, attachments and body dimensions according to client requirements. Modifications can be made for special working conditions including cold storage, dusty workshops and narrow aisles. After major structural changes, assessments will be conducted to confirm whether supplementary testing is needed to maintain valid certification.

Legal Compliance Documents EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC), information of EU authorized representative, drawing of product nameplate (reserved space for CE mark; CE mark height ≥5mm).

Full Technical Construction File (TCF) General assembly drawing, hydraulic schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram, load curve, stability test records, risk assessment report, list of core components including motors, controllers and lithium batteries.

Test Reports Mechanical safety test, braking & stability test, noise test, EMC electromagnetic compatibility test. Lithium battery forklifts additionally require UN38.3 transport reports and battery safety documents.

Technical Manuals English operation and maintenance manuals (multi-language optional), including safety warnings, troubleshooting and waste battery disposal instructions.

Shipping Documents for Customs Clearance Commercial invoice, packing list, proforma contract, MSDS (for lithium battery forklifts).
