(1) Dismantling method for static fitting connectors of electric forklifts
Forklift manufacturers believe that the disassembly method of static fit connectors is related to the interference amount of the fit. When the interference is small, a screw extractor can be used for disassembly, or a hardwood hammer or steel can be gently used for disassembly. When the interference is large, a dedicated pressure device should be used for disassembly; When the interference is large, the containing part should be heated to a certain temperature
Quickly press out with a pressure gauge. When disassembling static mating parts, attention should be paid to the following two points: firstly, the disassembled parts are evenly stressed, and the combined force of the force should be located on its axis line to prevent the parts from getting stuck due to diagonal pulling; Secondly, the stress area should be correct, and it is generally not allowed to hit the workpiece randomly with a hammer, let alone strike the workpiece with an iron hammer; If necessary, wood or copper rod can be used as a punch to strike along the entire circumference of the workpiece, and it is not allowed to strike fiercely in one direction. When it cannot be knocked, it should be stopped immediately and other methods should be used.
(2) Requirements and methods for dismantling threaded connections of electric forklifts
Requirements for dismantling threaded connections of electric forklifts. The main tools for disassembling threaded connectors are various types of wrenches. The size of the wrench should be appropriate, and an open end wrench should not be used. A ring wrench or socket wrench should not be used, and the correct selection of tools is beneficial for protecting the nut.

Forklift manufacturers remind electric forklifts that when disassembling threaded connections, force rods cannot be used at will. Only when special bolts and nuts that are heavily stressed and require the use of special tools can force rods be used. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the tools and screws, increasing the difficulty of disassembly. When it is difficult to disassemble due to rust or other reasons, corresponding measures should be taken. 2. Disassembly method for double head bolts. Using an eccentric wrench for disassembly, without special tools, the double nut method can be used to remove it. It involves simultaneously screwing the nuts used for the two bolts in the middle of the thread and tightening them relative to each other, and then the bolts can be removed using the usual method of disassembling bolts. Double headed bolts should not be disassembled with a pipe wrench, as it can easily damage the surface of the screw. This is the disassembly method for the broken head screws of electric forklifts. Due to the lack of a detachable head for a wrench, other measures must be taken for the broken head screw. There are five methods: first, drill a hole of appropriate size on the broken head screw, insert a pyramid or tap into a reverse thread, and then screw in the reverse screw, and then screw it out in the usual direction for disassembling the bolt; The second is to weld a nut on the broken end and then screw it out; Thirdly, if the broken head screw is slightly exposed to the surface of the workpiece, a saw can be used to cut a notch in the exposed part, and then a screwdriver can be used to screw it out; Fourthly, a drill bit equivalent to the inner diameter of the thread can be selected to drill out all the screw parts and then re tap them; The fifth is for screws with larger diameters, they can also be rotated in the opposite direction along the outer edge of the screw.
Forklift manufacturers provide disassembly methods for rusted threaded connections on electric forklifts. When the threaded connection is rusted to death, it can generally be soaked in kerosene and left to stand for 20-30 minutes, supplemented by appropriate tapping and vibration to loosen the rust layer. Before screwing it out, a small amount of it should be screwed in the tightening direction. If necessary, the nut can be heated according to the disassembly method of the tight fitting part, When disassembling the parts connected by screws and nuts (such as half shafts), the following precautions should be taken: firstly, to prevent uneven force on the parts from causing deformation and damage, and to prevent individual screws from being unable to be removed or stretched due to excessive force on them, each screw (or nut) should be first screwed out by 0.5 to 1 turn, and then symmetrically disassembled; Secondly, the screws (or nuts) that are difficult to remove should be removed first, otherwise it may be more difficult to remove due to slight deformation and movement of parts' positions; Thirdly, for parts that may fall due to gravity after disassembly, the threaded connection that was finally removed should have the ability to facilitate disassembly while maintaining the balance of the workpiece.
