In the early days of electric pallets, when new equipment or overhauled equipment systems just started to operate normally, the failure rate was relatively high. This is mainly because the design level of the equipment may not be perfect. There are still shortcomings or insufficient quality in the selection of components. If parts and pipelines are not cleaned thoroughly or assembled improperly, failures such as vibration, leakage, unstable system pressure, unstable actuator movement, and excessive temperature rise will occur.
