How to choose a semi electric stacker?
1. The weight of the cargo
The standard loads of semi-electric stackers are mostly 1T, 1.5T, and 2.0T, and the lifting heights are divided into 1.6 meters, 2.0 meters, 2.5 meters, 3.0 meters, 3.5 meters, and 4.0 meters, so the price is also very different. The higher the load and height, the more expensive the price. Generally speaking, the price is more than 10,000 yuan.
2. The height of fork lift
The height of the fork lift depends on the requirements of the shelf and the use environment. For example, need to enter the elevator, elevator size, and others. There is also the height of the warehouse door. The height of the mast can be customized with the electric forklift manufacturer. If one or two masts are too high, then a three-section mast can be customized.
3. Right-angle stacking channel width
To put it simply, it is the safe aisle width where the stacker semi-electric stacker can turn 90 degrees in the aisle. The placement of most warehouse shelves is carefully calculated to maximize the number of shelves and place more goods in the limited space. This involves the problem of the semi-electric stacker turning at right angles between the shelves. The width of the right-angle stacking channel of the semi-electric stacker is calculated by the vehicle design parameters: the width of the right-angle stacking channel = turning radius + front overhang + length of fork/pallet + safety gap (the safety gap is about 20 cm before and after each ).

4. Pallet size
This is especially important for users who already use a large number of pallets. The size of the pallet will also affect the selection of semi-electric stackers. The semi-electric stacker is suitable for single-sided pallets. When purchasing a semi-electric stacker, there are other points that we need to pay attention to. For example, the height of the customer's container that needs to be exported should be higher than the height of the semi-electric stacker; users who implement three shifts of work, When purchasing a semi-electric stacker, you should also consider whether you need another power distribution bottle; when the goods are lifted to a certain height, the rated load loss of the semi-electric stacker is the load curve; for special industries, such as very low temperature Cold storage, the requirements for semi-electric stackers will be higher; if the vehicle is to be operated on the floor, it must be considered how much weight can be carried per square meter on the floor; a road surface problem also needs to be considered, the customer’s road surface is uneven, Slope, the wheel and motor of the semi-electric stacker are greatly worn out.
