The technical parameters of the pallet forklift are used to indicate the structural characteristics and working performance of the reach forklift. The main technical parameters are: rated lifting capacity of lift forklift, load center distance of pallet forklift, maximum lifting height of reach forklift, gantry inclination of lift forklift, maximum running speed of pallet forklift, minimum turning radius of reach forklift, lift forklift ,the minimum ground clearance and the wheelbase of the pallet forklift and the track of the reach forklift.
First, the work safety requirements of the lift forklift
1. The gantry of the pallet forklift shall be free of deformation and weld seam de-welding. The rolling clearance of the inner and outer gantry shall be adjusted reasonably, no more than 1.5mm, the roller shall be flexible to rotate, and the roller and shaft shall be free from cracks and defects. The wheel groove of the reach forklift should not be worn more than 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two lifting chains of the lift forklift should be uniform, not to be distorted, the end joints are firmly connected, and the pitch of the chain should not exceed 4% of the original length, otherwise the chain should be replaced. The sprocket rotation of the pallet forklift should be flexible.
3. The fork frame of the reach forklift shall not be severely deformed and the weld seam shall be desoldered. There must be no cracks or welds on the surface of the lift forklift. The fork angle of the pallet forklift shall not be greater than 93° and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips of the reach forklift shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of the fork. The fork of the lift forklif should be positioned reliably. The bearing surface and the positioning surface of the fork should not have obvious defects. The clearance between the fork and the fork should not be too large and the movement should be smooth.
4. The connecting part of the lifting cylinder and the door frame of the pallet forklift should be firm. The hinge of the tilting cylinder and the door frame and the frame should be firm and flexible, and the matching clearance should not be too large. The cylinder of the reach forklift should be well sealed, crack-free and stable. Under the rated load of the lift forklift, the self-sinking of the gantry is not more than 20mm and the inclination angle is not more than 0.5°. When the pallet forklift is fully loaded, the lifting speed should not be less than half of the standard value.
5. The overhead guard and the shelf of the reach forklift must be complete and effective.
6. It is strictly forbidden to stand up and down the fork of the lift forklift. It is not allowed to use a single fork to take the goods with high load.
7. Pallet forklift is equipped with a forklift driver with a forklift driver's license to avoid multiple drivers on one forklift.
Second, the operation of the reach forklift
1. In the use of lift forklifts, special attention should be paid to the timely charging of the battery and the correct maintenance of the battery. Pay attention to the method when charging the battery. It is necessary to make the battery fully charged and not to overcharge the battery.
2. In the operation of the pallet forklift, use the long-distance long-distance acceleration as little as possible. When the reach forklift starts, after the speed is increased, the accelerator pedal is stabilized. If the road condition is good, the lift forklift will continue to accelerate. When the pallet forklift needs to decelerate, relax the accelerator pedal and gently press the brake pedal, so that the deceleration energy can be fully utilized. If the reach forklift has a regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the lift forklift is descending on the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the drive motor, gently press the brake pedal to operate the vehicle in the regenerative braking state, and reduce the energy consumption of the battery by using the kinetic energy of the vehicle.
3. When the pallet forklift is running, do not mistake the direction switch of "forward or reverse" as the steering switch. Do not step on the brake pedal directly unless emergency deceleration is required. During the operation of the reach forklift, if the battery is low (can be obtained by the electricity meter, power failure indicator and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent the battery from being over-discharged.
When we use the lift forklift normally, we should always check, maintain and maintain them. This will not only extend the service life of the pallet forklifts, but also make the reach forklifts more powerful when working. For example, the transmission part of the lift forklift should There are enough lubricating oils, and the consumables must be inspected, repaired or replaced frequently. For mechanical bolts, especially those that are often vibrated, such as slewing bearings and lifting arm connecting bolts should be checked for looseness. If loose, even if tightened Or replace it.
Third, the requirements for lift forklift maintenance time
1. Daily maintenance of the pallet forklift (per shift).
2. After 1500 hours of work on the reach forklift, minor repairs were made to the mechanical and electrical systems.
3. After the lift forklift works for 5,000 hours, the mechanical and electrical systems are repaired.
4. After the pallet forklift worked for 10,000 hours, the mechanical and electrical systems were overhauled.
Fourth, the maintenance and maintenance of reach forklift equipment
1. The brakes of each mechanism of the lift forklift should be inspected frequently and the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel should be adjusted to ensure flexibility and reliability. On the friction surface, there should be no dirt, and the dirt must be washed away with gasoline or thinner.
2. The lubrication and hydraulic oil of the gearbox, gearbox and external gear of the pallet forklift are carried out according to the requirements in the lubrication table.
3. Pay attention to check whether the wire rope of each part of the reach forklift has broken or loose strands. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance of the wire rope of the lift forklift shall be strictly in accordance with the provisions of GB5144-85.
4. Always check the connection of each part of the pallet forklift. If it is loose, it should be tightened. The body connecting bolts of the reach forklift should be checked for tightness when the body is under pressure (the rotating arm can be used to cause the pressure state), and all the connecting shafts must have a split pin and need to be fully opened.
5. Always check whether the lift forklifts are operating normally and have no noise. If faults are found, they must be eliminated in time.
6. When installing, disassembling and adjusting the swing mechanism of the pallet forklift, it is necessary to ensure that the center line of the reducer of the swing mechanism is parallel to the center line of the gear, and the meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance is suitable.
7. Always check all the wires and cables of the reach forklift for damage. It is necessary to dress and replace the damaged part in time.
8. When the lift forklift encounters overheating of the motor, it should stop in time, continue to operate after troubleshooting, and the motor bearing lubrication should be good.
9. For each part of the pallet forklift, keep the contact surface clean and adjust the brush pressure so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
10. The control box and distribution box of the reach forklift are always kept clean, and the dust on the electrical equipment is cleaned in time.
11. The contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device of the lift forklift must be reliable, and the contact crater should be polished in time.
