If proper maintenance is ignored, there will be certain safety hazards in semi electric pallet jack. Therefore, there must be sufficient maintenance equipment, professional maintenance personnel and maintenance plans.

The use, maintenance and inspection of semi narrow pallet jack are subject to the following provisions:
1. The maintenance, lubrication and inspection plan for semi electric pallet jack must be strictly implemented.
2. Before leaving the semi narrow pallet jack, do the following:

5. Brakes, controls, controls, alarms and safety devices for semi electric pallet jack should be inspected and maintained regularly to keep the semi narrow pallet jack in good condition.
6. All nameplates and safety signs on the semi narrow pallet jack should be cleaned regularly to ensure that their contents are legible.
7. All devices of the semi electric pallet jack hoisting system should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safe operation.
8. The hydraulic system of the semi electric pallet jack should be inspected regularly according to the usage. The cylinders, hydraulic valves and other hydraulic components of the semi narrow pallet jack should be confirmed to be free of leakage before use.
9. The semi electric pallet jack parking environment must be clean to minimize the possibility of fire.
10. The customer shall not modify the semi narrow pallet jack without the manufacturer's consent; the nameplate and safety signs on the semi electric pallet jack shall be changed accordingly.
