(2) The transmission system of electric forklift manufacturers is unstable, there are abnormal noises, and the gearbox is out of gear; the free stroke of the pedals does not meet the standard, the steering wheel sways in a meandering manner, and the rear wheel is obviously pulled out.

(3) Raise the gantry to make the driving wheel lift off the ground, shake the wheel, there will be axial movement, and there will be stuck phenomenon when driving two wheels; there is a large amount of oil on the surface of the tire, which will embed hard objects, and the tread wear exceeds the limit, small The tires of the electric forklift have cracks and lumps falling off, the rubber rim is loose, and the rim is deformed.

(4) Electric forklift manufacturers suggest that using foot braking at normal speed will not cause immediate braking, the left and right drag marks are obviously inconsistent, and there is obvious unilateral braking or deviation.

(5) After the hand brake, the small electric forklift can start or drive on the track marked with the graded grade, stop and slide, the hand brake is inflexible, and the screws of the support plate are loose.
