1. It goes without saying that the load is increased. These are all necessary reference items. The load range of electric forklifts is still relatively large. At present, the maximum load should be about 10 tons of four-wheel forklifts, and the maximum can be about 6 meters. However, the specific increase depends on the actual load. The larger the load, the smaller the increase, and the higher the increase, the smaller the load. Therefore, when ordering a forklift, please consult clearly about the load and lift.
2. Secondly, do the outriggers of the customer's pallet-size electric forklift need to be changed, and what is the inner width of the outrigger? Does the fork leg need to be changed? How long is the change? The standard applicable pallets of some electric forklifts with outriggers are single-sided nine-legged or Sichuan-shaped pallets. Double-sided pallets cannot be used. Therefore, an electric forklift with wide outriggers must be customized. The pallets follow the fork. The width is the inner width of the leg of the electric forklift.

3. Customer warehouse area, whether the shelf is suitable for electric forklifts with outriggers (see if there is a bottom shelf welded on the lower end of the shelf, which prevents the outriggers of the forklift from moving forward, and the outriggers cannot be used if the forks cannot enter), and What is the distance between the shelves? In general, the minimum channel required by a small electric walking forklift is quite small, ≥2305MM. Its minimum turning radius is 1425MM. Of course, this value is when the fork or outrigger has not been changed. If the legs of the electric forklift are widened or the forks are lengthened, the turning radius and channel requirements will increase accordingly. Customers can consult their electric forklift suppliers in detail.

4. If there are foreign customers who need to load containers for transportation, please pay attention to the static height of the mast of the electric forklift, which is the height of the mast when the fork is lowered to the lowest. What is the total height of the car? Is the height of the cabinet appropriate?
