What problems should be paid attention to when storing battery fluid of electric

The lead-acid batteries of electric forklifts require regular addition of battery fluid to maintain the internal balance of the battery. What are the main battery fluids for electric forklifts? One is the original liquid, the other is the ordinary replenishing liquid, and the other is the ordinary distilled water. The latter can be manufactured by yourself. All three types do not need to avoid fire. However, the original liquid and ordinary replenishing liquid are acidic, and the skin will feel a little painful when it comes in contact with it. It is not harmful to the human skin. Rinse it with water. But don't get it in the eyes, or it will burn in the eyes. Bad mucous membrane. If you accidentally spill it on the ground, there is no harm, but it will change your ground color. If it is a concrete floor, it will disappear after a while. If it is any other ground, you can rinse it with water and then wipe it with a wet rag. Don't leak on the plants. If you leak on the plants without washing, your plants will wither and die.

The battery fluid of the electric forklift should be placed carefully. Tighten the lid to place this item in a cool place. It is best to put it out of sight or lock it. Prevent people you don’t know from using it as water. The most important thing to pay attention to is to prevent children from touching these things. Another thing is that the water must be absolutely clean, and no dirt can get into it. The most important thing is metal. Others are sometimes barely improvised. If you get metal objects into the battery, it will make your battery life short for a long time. Always check whether the specific gravity of the battery fluid in the battery is normal. If it is too high, add a little distilled water and dilute it. If it is low, add battery fluid.
In addition, your battery water does not need to be added frequently. As an electric forklift manufacturer, we generally remind customers to add distilled water frequently in summer. At other times, check the water level regularly and pay attention to maintenance.
