Analysis of insufficient walking and lifting power of electric forklift

The driving wheel speed of the electric forklift is significantly reduced or the driving motor is seriously overloaded
problem causes:
1. The battery voltage of the electric forklift is too low, and the contact resistance of the pile head is too large; or the battery and the motor are not matched. Not all electric forklifts can be equipped with a large motor, such as a 1.5-ton walking electric stacker, the size of the motor Just enough to load 1.5 tons and walk freely, sometimes too large motor is not conducive to saving power, excessive power consumption will also affect the car's walking speed and work efficiency.
2. The carbon between the commutator segments of the motor causes a short circuit between the segments;
3. Improper adjustment of the motor brake has caused the electric forklift motor to be braked;
4. The drive head gearbox and bearings are short and smooth or the base is blocked; the motor armature is short-circuited.
Maintenance method: when the stacker load is high, check the battery terminal voltage or clean the pile head; clear the commutator; adjust the brake gap; check and clean and refill the lubricating oil to eliminate the interference phenomenon; replace the new electric forklift motor .
Third, the fork lift of the electric forklift is weak or unable to lift.

1. Excessive wear of gear pumps and pumps of electric forklifts;
2. The overflow valve in the reversing valve is not properly pressurized;
3. Oil leakage in hydraulic pipeline;
