Troubleshooting and maintenance methods for abnormal noise of electric forklifts

There are some common problems in the use of electric forklifts. These problems are not big but they reduce the quality of use, and even affect the service life of certain parts. Among them, abnormal noise is the most common problem. Let's analyze it below. Take a look, and list the reasons for this problem, as well as daily maintenance methods.
problem causes:
1. The screws of the electric forklift fasteners are loose, the guide wheels and rollers of the car body are seriously worn, and the gap is too large;
2. The gap between the chain and the chain is too large or the gap between the fork frame and the upper and lower pins of the fork frame is too large; this problem may be caused by wear.
3. Check whether the conflict between guide wheels, rollers, and the door frame is too large. Whether the cooperation gap between the fork and the fork is too large, these factors will cause the electric forklift to make abnormal noises during use.

4. Check whether the tire of the electric forklift is loose or worn, whether the bearing is damaged, etc.
5. Whether the gear pump of the electric forklift is abnormal. If air enters the pump from the suction pipe or seal, the resistance of the suction pipe is too large, and even the parts are blocked, and the gear pump is not accurate. The pump and coupling have different shafts.
Maintenance method: add appropriate lubricant to the joint. If the noise decreases, then it is leaking. Tighten the joint or directly replace the sealing ring. If there is no change, check the gear accuracy and adjust if necessary. Replace gears. Finally, check the coaxiality of the pump and the coupling, pay attention to the difference between the working state and the static state, and adjust according to the technical requirements.
There may be many reasons for the abnormal noise of the electric forklift during operation. This is a cumbersome investigation process, requiring the forklift maintenance personnel to check and eliminate the causes patiently and carefully. Find the ultimate root problem and solve it.
