Due to its outstanding energy-saving advantages, it is considered by the warehouse forklift industry to be one of the most potential forklifts in the future. However, it currently encounters a development bottleneck. Limited by battery capacity, low power and short working time.
The development of the fourth generation of forklifts is represented by agv forklifts, referred to as AGVS. AGVS is expected to be widely used in the future. It is an effective means of logistics transportation of today's flexible manufacturing system (FMS) and automated warehousing system. Modern AGVs are controlled by computers. Most AGVS are equipped with a centralized control and management computer to optimize the operation process of the AGV, issue processing instructions, track the components in transportation, and control the route of the AGV. The guided vehicles mainly include electromagnetic induction guidance, laser guidance and magnetic gyro guidance. The unmanned guided vehicle can be programmed to guide the guided vehicle to complete the handling work. It is a highly intelligent means of transportation.
