1. Electric forklift wheels. Forklift sales manufacturers use wheels to support tires, transmit various forces and moments, and generally consist of wheels, wheels, and the connections between them. Due to the different structures of the connecting parts, the wheels can be divided into disc and spoke types, and disc wheels are the most widely used. CPD1, CPD2, CPD3 electric forklifts, and tractors are all disc wheels. Among them, the wheel disc is welded or riveted to the wheel vehicle, and then connected to the wheel hub with bolts, while the wheel vehicle is a stamped welded or cast processed part. There are also integrated types, such as small electric forklifts below 1 ton and Type 81 tractors. Among them, there are wheels for small and medium-sized electric forklifts, namely deep wheels, and large electric forklifts, namely flat wheels.

2. Electric forklift tires. Forklift sales manufacturers use elastic tires on both battery powered forklifts and tractors to absorb the impact and vibration caused by rough roads. Protect the safety and comfort of various components on the vehicle, and increase the speed of the vehicle. There are two types of elastic tires: inflatable and solid. Solid tires are used on 0.4t and 0.5t forklifts, CPD1 forward moving forklifts, and small tonnage tractors, due to their high load-bearing capacity. When subjected to the same load, the diameter of solid tires is smaller than that of pneumatic tires, which precisely meets the requirements of battery vehicles. Because battery vehicles use batteries and electric motors as energy sources, the current battery energy is limited, so the power provided is smaller than that of internal combustion vehicles. Therefore, small diameter tires can only be used to reduce energy consumption. At the same time, solid tires have a simple structure and do not require inflation, making maintenance easy and without the risk of being punctured. Therefore, they are suitable for the aforementioned vehicles. Its disadvantages are small elasticity, weak shock absorption ability, easy detachment of rubber, and easy damage to the road surface.

The construction of solid tires and wheels for electric forklifts adopts solid tire wheels, with cast iron spokes and alloy steel rims. Forklift sales manufacturers have circular grooves on the outer surface of the wheel flange and the inner surface of the tire in order to fasten the tire to the wheel flange. In order to improve the adhesion between the tires and the ground, patterns are made on the surface of the tires.
On electric forklifts such as CPD1.5 and CPD2, due to the high vibration of forklifts, good elasticity is required to provide stronger protection for parts such as batteries. At the same time, due to the large wheel diameter of these forklifts, a complete set of pneumatic tires and wheels are available for selection, simplifying manufacturing and reducing costs. Therefore, for electric forklifts weighing over 1 ton, pneumatic tires are often used, but a small number of electric forklifts use solid tires.
