How to operate an electric forklift correctly? What are the precautions?

Electric forklifts are driven by electricity. Compared with internal combustion forklifts, electric forklifts have the advantages of no pollution, easy operation, energy saving and high efficiency. With the development of economy and the improvement of environmental protection and energy saving requirements, electric forklifts are developing rapidly. Market sales are increasing year by year. Especially in the port, storage and tobacco, food, textile and other industries, electric forklifts are gradually replacing internal combustion forklifts.
Correct operation of electric forklift
Before operating an electric forklift, check the appearance, power, lubricating oil and cooling water of the forklift. Check whether the lights and audio signals of the electric forklift are complete and effective. When the forklift is started, maintain a proper starting speed, and should not be too violent. Pay attention to the voltage of the electric forklift voltmeter. If the voltage of the forklift is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately. When the electric forklift is traveling, it is not allowed to flip the direction switch to change the front traveling direction to prevent burnout of electrical components and damage to gears. The driving and lifting of an electric forklift should not be carried out at the same time. Pay attention to whether the driving system of the forklift and the steering system are normal. If the abnormal sound is found, troubleshoot the fault in time. It is strictly forbidden to work with the forklift. When the forklift is changed, slow down in advance. Do not raise the fork too high when driving. When entering and leaving the job site or driving, pay attention to the obstacles that are scratched in the sky. When the electric forklift is driving, if the fork rises too high, it will increase the height of the overall center of gravity of the forklift and affect the stability of the forklift. After unloading, the electric forklift should first lower the fork to the normal driving position before driving. When the forklift is loading items, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed to balance the load of the two forks. One side of the item should be close to the shelf. The weight of the forklift of the forward stacker should meet the requirements of the load center curve sign.
Precautions for electric forklifts

1. The weight of the cargo must be known before lifting, and the weight of the cargo must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forward stacker.
2. When the electric forklift lifts the packaged goods, pay attention to whether the goods are tightly wrapped.
3. Adjust the distance between the forks of the electric forklift according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks of the electric forklift to avoid partial load.
4. The mast of the electric forklift should be tilted forward when the forks of the electric forklift are inserted into the stack. After the goods are loaded into the forks, the mast should be tilted backwards to make the goods close to the fork wall and lower the goods as much as possible before driving.
5. Electric forklifts should generally be carried out in a vertical position when lifting goods.
6. When the electric forklift is manually loaded and unloaded, the hand brake must be used to stabilize the fork.
7. The walking and lifting of electric forklifts are not allowed to operate at the same time.
8. When electric forklifts carry goods on a steeply sloped road, pay attention to the firmness of the goods on the fork.
