What have the fresh graduates of last year learned so far this year?

At this time of the year, our company will accept a group of new members, and 2021 will be no exception. So what did the little friends who stayed from this time last year have tried their best to learn from this year's experience?
This year they experienced the panic when they first came-we are a company that produces electric forklifts, and we have high professional requirements. For example, the small partner market in sales positions needs to remember the parameters, and we must also be familiar with the differences and functions of each product. . Newcomers often don’t know what types of electric forklifts are available? The all-electric stand-drive stacker and the forward-moving electric stacker are obviously the same? Is the semi-electric stacker electric lift or electric walking? When is human operation required and so on. A series of problems often make them feel dizzy and at a loss.

However, the difficulties did not make them give up. They determined their goals and continued to work hard, began systematic learning, and actively consulted old employees. After a year of study, both in terms of ethics and professionalism have been greatly improved. For interpersonal relationships, they learned how to get along with colleagues better. For work, whether it is on the technical side or the business side, the hard work is naturally full. The partners who didn't know what an electric forklift was, and couldn't distinguish between an all-electric stacker and a forward electric stacker, have now become the backbone of the business.
In 2021, the new Newton forklift will open a new recruiting channel. We look forward to the participation of aspiring young people. As long as you have patience, as long as you are willing to understand the electric forklift industry, as long as you are willing to join our big family, we will do our best. You provide systematic induction training and a broader development space in the future.
