Detailed explanation of diesel forklift maintenance and inspection methods
1. Check whether the fuel injection interval of explosion-proof diesel forklift is consistent.
To check whether the injection interval is consistent, the following method can be used: First, a dial made of paper is pasted to the crankshaft drive pulley and a pointer is installed using the fixing bolt at the front end of the oil pan. When inspecting, take a cylinder as the reference, that is, when the oil level in the oil pipe joint of the fuel injection pump is just moving, the pointer at the front end of the oil bottom points to the "0" scale on the dial. Then, slowly rotate the crankshaft, observe the oil level in the oil pipe joints of the fuel injection pump according to the working order of the engine, and check whether the scale on the dial pointed by the pointer is consistent with the scale pointed out last time, and the interval between them should be 720/i (i is the number of cylinders).

2. Check whether the elastic force of the high and low speed spring of the explosion-proof diesel forklift has decreased.
The characteristic of the spring drop in high and low speed is that when starting, the feeling of stepping on the accelerator pedal is very light, and it is usually necessary to press all the way to start. After starting and warming up, check that the engine's top rpm and idle speed are in accordance with the regulations to determine if the spring spring force at high and low speeds has decreased. The idle speed should be around 500-600r/min.

3. Check whether the start time of fuel injection of explosion-proof diesel forklift meets the specified method.
During the inspection, it is necessary to remove the high-pressure oil line of a cylinder from the fuel injection pump, exhaust the air in the fuel injection pump, and fill the oil channel with diesel oil. Press the throttle and slowly rotate the crankshaft until the oil level in the oil pipe joint of the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump just moves. At this time, observe whether the markings on the flywheel housing are aligned with the oil supply timing marks on the flywheel to determine whether the fuel injection start time is in accordance with the regulations.
